Post Oak Preservation Solutions worked with the City of Plano to refresh the existing design standards for the Haggard Park Heritage District. Post Oak engaged in fieldwork, research, public outreach, and stakeholder group meetings to carefully craft a user-friendly design standards document that is easy to use and comprehensive.

The design standards were awarded a Historic Preservation Gold Award in 2022 from the American Planning Association – Texas Chapter.
