Post Oak Preservation Solutions worked with the City of Georgetown to refresh the existing design guidelines for the Downtown and Old Town historic districts. Post Oak engaged in fieldwork, research, public outreach, and stakeholder group meetings to carefully craft a user-friendly design guidelines document that is easy to use and comprehensive.
